Still an 88"

Here is a Dyno after the Stage 1 air kit and Screamin Eagle Exhaust and Power Commander installed.

 

73.9 HP and 74.45 TQ
After Tuning:
76.53 HP and 76.92 TQ

Next I had the 95" kit installed with SE203 cams and flat top pistons. Stage 2 Harley dpwnload.

 

72.07 HP and 82.46 TQ

After Tuning:
76.14 HP and 89.42 TQ

Still looking for more I had the head reworked ported for Higher Flow. I also had Andrews 37G cams installed. The Andrews 37 cams provide a much flatter torque band.

79.25 HP and 88.6 TQ

After Tuning:
80.73 HP and 92.11 TQ

Better but a little disapointed on the horse power. I added D&D Big Cat 2 into 1 performace exhaust. Much better. Very smooth power band now.

FINAL RESULTS: I was suprised in loosing a little torque, but the horsepower increase really made up for it.

89.39 HPand 89.56 TQ

Note that the torque curve jumps up at the get go and stays pretty level before starting to drop. This is what I ws searching for was TQ all the way across as much as possible.
